Is it just me or is it getting worse every year?

Halloween and Christmas decorations are side by side on the shelves in September. A bit early to be reminding us that Christmas is coming, they should at least wait until Halloween is over.

Then, on New Year’s Day I see an add on television announcing the hatching of the 2009 batch of creme eggs.
Cadbury creme eggs.....chocolate eggs......Easter, give the consumers a break!!

I'm trying to give up chocolate as me New Years resolution, this is not helping me. They are everywhere, looking up at me, calling me...bye me, eat me. Eat me!

I though they came out three days before Lent, when the kids were forced to give up sweets as a voluntary sacrifice...?

Nah, they come out in January...when most people give up sweets as a voluntary sacrifice.

kindger eggs are a rip off, the layer of wrapping it thicker that the layer of chocolate.

They are marketed towards children, under the age of 30, and most of the time the kids can't assemble the toys. I refuse to buy them.

I like other Kinder bars though, chocolate in general...yummy.

I knew a guy who wrapped his in clingfilm before driving to work,slipped it into the gussett of his jocks and swore it was lovely and soft when he got to work about 15 mins later.
