Anyone tell me their thoughts on UCC Bcomm?

Especially the study/work abroad for part of it. Very interested in the N.America part.

And, what do any of you think of Law in UCC?

My sister is doing law in UCC and she likes it so far.The hours per week are quite few 10/12 I think but you have to do a large amount of work outside of lectures.

I wouldnt say you do really, don't do it myself but afaik you just have to do one or two assignments per semster and work really hard for the month before the exams

I'd agree here... a reasonable amount of study in april will get you past your exams easily. Although having said that now that I'm in second year I'm actually a lot more diligent than last year and as a result am finding it a lot easier.
Law's good actually. It's not too difficult, the lecturers are fine and the class size is nice. Background reading is to be recommended but on the whole once you get over the daunting feeling of the first month it's not very difficult.

Do Law. The people are great, the hours are great and the work is minimum if you're anyway smart.
