Im prone to a kind of plaque buildup between my bottom middle two teeth and everytime i go to the dentist, (its been maybe a year or so at this stage since last visit) i always get it removed but in a matter of weeks it builds up again.

I brush at least twice a day and i even got in the regular routine of flossing after last time to try and quell it forming again and now im thinking of trying mouthwash. Ive gotten mixed reviews of people ive mentioned this to so can anyone mput me straight and even recomment which one to use?
