Hi my Mam is actually wondering if there's any aerobics classes in Carlow town at the moment so i said I'd come here and ask if any of you guys new.

well i know that the pool do water aerobics, every thurs night i think, ring them up if she just wants standard aerobics, i think they also have some too, if not they'll know.....

The pool at the Ramada hotel do aqua aerobics on a thursday night i think. they have stopped for a few weeks at christmas but im sure they'll be starting again soon.
