Monitor driver for TV?

I recently upgraded my TV to a Samsung LCD model. I want to connect a small media centre PC to the new screen and I was just wondering where would I get a monitor driver for Windows XP to give me the proper resolutions? The only software available for the TV on Samsung's site is a firmware update, so I was just wondering if there is a driver available at all, or will using the standard Plug And Play Monitor driver give me full HD resolution?

If you check the manual for your TV it should state which resolutions it will accept from a PC. If its a full HD model then connect using a DVI to HDMI cable, you should be able to send it 1920x1080. You should not need any special monitor driver.
