Hi.I've just stared a raw diet(still have milk in my smoothies,so I guess I'm not vegan),but was wondering does anyone on here buy raw noni sheets(pref.online) and any other tips or foods you would recommend to a newbie. Thanks.

I'm also feeling a lot more grounded in my body since starting this and that has always been a major issue for me.I feel a bit odd at the moment tho.I thought I read somewhere once about the raw diet relaligning our spiritual bodies etc..but I can't remember where. But it feels like something energetic is going on..not just detox.Oh,I don't know...! Lunch..Mmmmm..Cold carrot juice and cold salad on a freezing day. Luvely! :) not.

Do you mean nori sheets? As in the Japanese seaweed.

Any Aisian shop. Do you live in Dublin? Aisia market near George's arcade is good. Not sure about buying it online. Out of interest, what are you going to make with them?

Thanks. I live in limerick but will have a scout around for some.I just thought there would be a low likelihood of them being available. I've being reading this journal, http://www.shazzie.com/raw/journal/2000/ and she used to make 'sandwiches' with them when she first started, wrapping peppers,lettuce,mushrooms,etc..etc.. and it felt like a familar food to cooked foods. The 'sandwichy' feel...!
This is an amazing page from her site too of transformations people have gone through...http://www.shazzie.com/raw/transformation/

    http://www.detoxyourworld.com/acatalog/nori.html

This is a link to detoxyourworld.com
I am a raw foodist and I buy some things from them but I can not handle nori as it tastes a bit fishy.
I find them good for service.
If there is any way I can be of assistance send me a message.
