Would you be willing to rent the spots individually?

How much per spot or for the whole gig?

Please give details in relation to security, accessability and a little more info regarding location, e.g postcode.

    Thanks!

I'd be willing to share if it's less than €75 per month.

    Hi,

The Garage is in Dublin 12, Crumlin area.

At the moment it has large steel doors, but if it were to be used as storage for cars we would put in ground poles aswell.

    It has electricity.

Price is between €400 - €500 per month

There is two Mechanics working out of the same lane and there is also a few people storing there cars aswell.

    Regards

    Dylan

Same as that. Ya can get spaces in secure parking lots for round the tonne. I wouldn't be too happy bout all the comings and goings in the lane either, what with the mechanics there. Nobody would give a second thought to some randomer wandering around up there.

    Thanks anyhow dude!

I'd be all over it if it wasn't for the location - Just too far away from me to be practical.

The whole fact that there are working mechanics and people coming and going to their workshops would be more of an attraction to be honest.

You're not going to have much risk of complaints about doing a bit of work on your car when there are mechanics running businesses around the place too.

You're also not going to have to worry about your car being locked up out of your sight for the week with nobody around the place to keep watch for dodgy characters....It'd be in their interests to watch dodgy geezers, as thieving scum won't be too afraid to break into their places next.

A tin of biscuits and a sound chat with the mechanics would more than likely go a long way to buying extra eyes to watch out for your own place when you're not about, especially if you might get them to do a little job here and there for you.

If I could handle the spin over (which I can't, at about 45 minutes from home with no traffic), I'd be mad keen to share it with one other person. 1 space each and a good bit of elbow room for parts and tools...you'd be sorted, especially if the deal could be done at €400 a month... Security posts would be the icing on the cake.

All that, and there's electrickery available....what more could you want?

    Dylan, best of luck mate.
