Living & Virgin 1

    Im having trouble with these 2 channels. It says no satellite signal.....

    When I add Living in manually, I can access it from the other channels. But yet Living+1 and Living 2 is available normally and they are ont
    the same transponder.

    Virgin1 isnt available. When I try add is manually with the following details, 11.307 H 27.500 2/3 I get no signal found.

    Does anyone have a solution? Or have a similar problem? It seems very strange.

    have you reset the box

    ie turn off the box leave for a couple of minutes and plug it back in

    leave it again for a minute or so

    then press tv then the sky button

    yeah I reset the box. Also done a full reset. unplug and hold back-up, wait 10 mins.

    Tried a new installation, from the installer set-up, but no joy.

    Im very confused :(

    maybe reset the LNB

    (not actually going out to fix the dish)

    ya

    go into lnb and go down to power supply turn off and exit set up and now go back in and turn it back on

    if that doesnt work could be somthing wrong with the LNB or dish outside

    how old is it

    Tried that headshot but it hasnt worked. I will have a look at the LNB maybe tomorrow. Its only around 8 months old.

    But what I dont understand is that, Living works from the other channels!

    could be the box too
    i would think its the box

    is it under warrenty maybe give sky a ring

    Its happening on both sky box downstairs and sky+ box upstairs.

    (should have really said that, sorry)

    I'll have a better look tomorrow and see what I can do.

    Seems to be working today. Hasnt worked for the last week, but whatever changes I did last night must have worked.

    Unless headshot came and fiddled with my dish :D
