Old Sci fi Shows

Hey Guys
Ive been wrecking my brains trying to remember the name of several shows i watched as a kid in the early 90s on channel four. They were normally on Sunday mornings. 1 Was a series about a lot of tiny people and they seemed to live in a spaceship in a forest/swamp area....

Another was a series set aboard a submarine that despite almost blowing up week after week seemed in perfect condition. As far as i remember they were both in black and white, i may be wrong on this. But i thought they were genius as a kid and any help will be very much appreciated.

Mal-Adjusted

I remember some old shows i saw as a kid. i think one was about two or three people (trapped?) inside a virtual reality world. each week, the "boss" a guy in a white coat, would pit some character of his against them. i remember one week, they were up against a rambo lookalike who could only be killed with water guns!

i think in the end, they beat him by simultaniously delete all characters at once besides him, then fight him. was this Harsh Realm, or something else...?
