    Hi Guys

Thought I saw a post about this problem, but can't find it now.

Just bought ZoneAlarm Anti-Virus and Firewall 2009 and trying to
update the anti-virus element, but I keep getting a 'cannot connect'
message. Does ZA take a few days to register new customers and allow
    anti-virus updating ?

    Cheers

    Max

It shouldnt, i would suggest to temporarily disable your firewall and try to update your antivirus. if it lets you, you need to figure out how to setup your zonealarm :)
i havnt used that in a while so hopefully its gotten easier :)
