    Happy New year boardies!!

    Was walking in Phoneix Park yesterday and noticed this development beside the Farmleigh entrance at WhiteGate. Some lovely houses.
    Does anyone know why these are still vacant. They seem to be vacant for ages. As are most of the apartments beyond them.

    Just curious. Can't find anything but "sales" chat on the web.
