creating audio cd (with roxio creator de)

    Hi,

    I have roxio creator de installed on my laptop. I am wondering, when i click on "create audio cd", it says that i just drag the songs (.mp3, .wma, .wav, etc.) that are on my hard disk onto the list and then press burn button to burn the audio cd. However, im wondering if the roxio creator automatically converts the songs to .cda format so that the cd can be played in, say, a cd player in a car?

    Did you choose Burn MP3 CD or did you choose Burn Audio CD? Audio CDs are automatically converted to .cda

    i chose to burn an audio cd. I have burnt it already coz i was kind of in a rishto get it done. It came out ok. You were right anyways, it converted the mp3's to .cda so it plays in normal cd players.
