    hi all :)
i am thinking of using the anabolic diet in fact i tried it for a few weeks before but i didnt quiet get it right (at all), anyway i didnt know how to train on it and i dont seem to be able to handle dairy products at all so among some of the questions i was wondering bout was
what do you guys train like on the diet , do you train intensely on the carb up days or is there a general guideline ? like what would actually do to enhance what the diet does ? like shoud i be trying something like sheiko or sometyhing less intense ?

how did you guys get in the amount of fat required , i was thinking dairy but im reacting pretty badly to it even though i loved the taste

i dont mind just knocking back olive oil but im sure someone out there has a more intelligent approach

finally completely outside the original two qns is that if i ever run much i get a spasming pain in a line across my lower back , im sure its simple but i seem to run into crap physios so have nt gone to get is sorted in a while , anyone else come across this ?

Would dairy not put you over the carb limit for the anabolic diet? Oil can be added to protein shakes or poured on food/veg. Sure others will have better suggestions though.
