Your subscription didn't renew correctly, possibly a problem with your account, paypal, or something went screwy on boards.ie. Nothing should be debited from your PayPal account at the moment.

You might try cancelling your subscription and starting it again in the UserCP?

Also double check your own PayPal account to make sure we didn't actually charge you on the 23rd, pretty sure it didn't happen, but I don't have access to our PayPal account right now to check
