SKY cancelation

    If I cancel my SKY subscription, do they require a months notice or is it automatic. Also I have Setanta as extra suscribtion, will I lose this when not subscribed to SKY and just using box as FTA

    Easiest way to cancel is through their contact section on the website, fill in the form with every detail they'll need, and ask for confirmation by email....avoids the painful phonecall! Just did it and yes they will take it as a months notice from date of cancellation...can't answer your setanta bit, good luck!

    Your Setanta channels will continue as normal when you cancel your Sky subscription.

    if you've passed your original contracted 12 months, then you can leg it at anytime afterwards.

    mind you, the reps on the fone may offer you something sweet to stay........ or they'll just say fine, sayonara son.
