    Vandalism, theft, littering, noisy cars, loitering, the list goes on...

    Don't you think the name "Chavvy Valley" is definitely more apt?

    (Chavvy, derived from the word chav.)

    Definitely not. All areas have problems - Rivervalley is no worse than the rest. If you think it's so bad then why do you live here?

    I'm more concerned by your use of the word "chav" to be honest. Last time I checked this wasn't London.
