Is is possible to get some kind of Conditioner for Reptiles to stop their skin completley drying out?

If so is it expensive? .

Sounds like you need to up the humidity in whatever enclosures you're housing them in. Or at least give them hides with damp vermiculite or sphagnum moss.

Provided you keep the humidity right you shouldnt need any conditioners. The humidity depends on the species, some are more sensitive than others. Humidity is also most critical when the are shedding. You can increase the entire enclosure by spraying with water or you can have high humidity areas by creating humid hides. Some snakes also like to soak in bowls of open water.

Also make sure you are using an appropiate substate. If your animal needs humid conditions, a sunstrate such as Cypress Mulch or Orchid Bark are better at retaining moisture than say beach chips or aspen. A lot of people use paper as it is easy to keep clean but is not the best for humidity and therefore requires more frequent spraying

Get the humidity and general husbandry right and you wont need a conditioner.

most snakes need a fairly big bowl of water that allows them to curl up in but what kind of lizard is it as they have WILDLY differing needs re humidity

So do snakes my friend. I agree with the above posts your humidity
needs sorting. Maybe post pics of your setup and tell us what species
    your keeping.
