    Site is busy again now but when I did get in for a quick look at hardtails last night the prices were all the same as they were pre-sale, e.g. there were a few 33% and 40% off but they have been discounted like that for months.

    Usually xxl or s sizes have the biggest discounts.



    Just ordered a new fork with 35% off - ended up spending half of what I was expecting to all in all. :D

    I just bought brake pads there, the price was 7.35 on the site but it only took 7.16 off my 3v card. So it seems they are improving the pound euro ratio.

    I had trouble as well getting on this morning.

    They quote euro prices but they charge your card in sterling.

    If I buy a bike from CRC and it's the wrong size, will they exchange/refund? Also, at 5'11" I am, theoretically, a size 56 frame. The bike I'm looking at is either 55 or 57. Do I go for 55? BTW, this will be my first road bike ever and my first actual bike for 31 years... Yeah, I'm a total newbie!:o

    You'd be best off emailing them to find out in this case, they usually respond within a few hours but with the sale and holidays it may take a bit longer.

    They were excellent dealing with a returned item I had recently, (it was their fault however, they sent me the wrong helmet). You can choose to return the item and when they receive it they send out the correct order, or you can order again, charge it to your credit card/paypal and have the cost refunded when they receive the item. In both cases they cover your return postage, if they were at fault that is.
