How do you go about appealing a disqualification from driving?

    Not in the obvious matter where a solicitor is present at a judgement but what if you have served a period on a ban and are looking to have the actual full length of the ban reduced?

    Where do you go to start the process of getting license back?

    Depends on how long you were disqualified for and what you were disqualified for eg, drunk driving, no insurance, dangerous driving.

    In any event you go back to the court where you were disqualified to look for a restoration
