Does anyone know how can this be adjusted on a VW Golf MkV?

when changing the headlight bulb on my golf i turned a srewm that i thought was for for the back of the headlight to come off but it was actully the screw to adjust the headlight itself.

mine is a mark 4 but may be same/similar
its basically a white plastic screw (pointing downwards) thats sitting on top of the whole headlight. hard to explain exactly. theres a bulb symbol on top of the headlight and the srew is beside the symbol

Finding the adjustment screw is only one part of the task. You also need a headlamp aligner to see what you are adjusting.
