There was a cooking show on today called hairy bikers and the following featured: They made(created?prepped?) clarified butter, which it transpires, is called "gee". Then they chopped up some ginger and put it into the gee to "sweat". Then, fcuk me, they ate it.....in the middle of the afternoon. So has anyone here tried…
