Veggie resturants in Wexford?

I'm going to wexford for new years eve and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any nice veggie or veggie friendly resturants that are yummy down there. I love Indian food and mediterrain food so something along those lines would be great! I did come across http://www.spicerestaurant.net/ so if anyones who has been could give a review?

Maybe try posting in the Region --> South East --> Wexord forum. Someone in that forum might have some good advice for you
