    Hi,

Im looking for ideas for a range of foods to plant on our home farm.

I would rather spend effort and money on organic food and am looking for info on foods which are easily grown in this country especially foods that can be grown quickly.

Im thinking of potatoes, carrots, parsnips, gooseberries etc. Any ideas of foods easily grown and quickly would be good.

    Thanks. :)

All the stuff you mentioned is good and lettuce is good in spring, onions too. Theres some great books on organic farming available. Are you planning to sell any of it or is it just for your own use? Because there is very strict protocal that has to be met if you wish to sell your produce as organic!
