was out this morning for a fox, hooked it the side of a wood under the blackstairs mountain i got to a lovely old peat bank .the frost was bad and i was making more noise that the dog so i decided to give a call as the wind was good .called for 10 mins noting came in ,only a magpie making a racked in the wood .i seen a grey crow floating down from the mountain it landed on a rock .i ranged it at 427 yrds rested the third cross hair of my swarovski tds4 just on its right wing as a light breeze crossed me .set the trigger on my sako and sent the 110gr v max . buff hit him a little low but what a impact . i bet my old grey crow shot by 25 yrds .

Nice shot. I did a long range one once, no way near as long as yours, it was about 270yds. I had the hornet at the time & popped a foxy out lamping one night.

    Great shot to you.
