    For those thinking of heading out on a spin today..
    There's been an extremely hard frost here (Annamoe) overnight (current temperature is -3.7°C) and everything is iced up.
    With no wind at all this is going to be pretty slow to melt and probably won't at all in the shade. I'd recommend not heading out before 11 or 12 today unless you want to become one with the road surface in a non Zen fashion.

    I did a spin up to Naul today. The road verge looked frosty, but the roads themselves were OK. I had expected them to be pretty bad in spots as I saw some road gritting along part of my route. Great day for a spin in the end.
