Go to File , then click add file to library and browse to location of the file on your computer.
    That should do it.

no need. im sorted now. if its in the right format, it'll be added to Itunes. itunes should tell you it doesnt work but its the least of itunes niggles!

i converted 3:10 to yume to mpeg-4 with Nero Digital and it worked. looks good and less than 800mb.

Didn't see anyone mention my current favorite converter.

    http://handbrake.fr/

Will do DVD -> mpeg4 and Movie File -> mpeg4. I think you need vlc installed too though in order to provide it with some extra libraries to do DVD decoding etc.

I have downloaded videora and have been trying to decrypt a DVD with the Decrypter that came with it but get 23 mins in and the DVD player seems to click and the program throws up an error and stops. I then downloaded handbrake but seem to be having the same issue decrypting it. The DVD is brand new, Tomy Tiernans new one and cant seem to decrypt so I can convert to Ipod . Any ideas or direction would be appreciated ?
