Need help with a saxaphone

So I got a saxaphone for Christmas and there are a few buttons at the end that dont work.I've removed all the wood chips as well just to say.

There are black plastic strings in the sax too and I was thinking they might be stopping in but I'm worried they might be apart of it.

    Any Suggestions

    p.s Merry Christmas :D

Really don't think you'll be able to solve this with help over the interweb. Even with photos it would be difficult to determine what exactly is wrong.
I can't even imagine what the ' wood chips', and ' plastic strings' you refer to are. I'd only suggest being careful with it , and try to get some live help from someone.
Sorry this wasn't any help. Maybe you'll get lucky and someone in Cork will see your post and help out.

When you push the buttons the diffrent metal things move,The wood chips were placed under those metal parts to prevent the buttons from pushing in.
