I want to get a rough idea what the traffic will be like in the morning and how many people are in or out of the office...

Wouldn't imagine a lot of people will be, except those who work in shops

Probably be a fair bit of traffic around the airport though. I'm dropping my friend there in the morning

    Half-day for bank staff :(

So if you show up to the cash desk with a mountain of bagged change at 5 minutes to closing, you're gonna get lynched!

Traffic has gone waaaaay down since the schools closed, I'd nearly say it can double how long the bus takes on my route.
So OP, schools being closed is a major factor. There are plently of people working but traffic will be fine

8 to 4.30 but my boss said I can leave early if I behave myself.

    So 8 to 4.30.

I'd imagine traffic will be light, so I won't have to get up til 7.40.

Optional, but I'm going in, as a) I'm non-christian so christmas means very little to me and b) I've used up all my holiday days, and you can be guaranteed that noone is going to call in on christmas eve to do anything serious, so it's almost as good as a day off anyway.

There are only going to be a handful of people in, so I'm going to bring cans and/or a bottle of wine in with me! I plan to be rat-arsed at my desk by lunchtime. Who's with me?!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,647 ✭✭✭brian ireland

If you are the Ass*()le in the blue rusty corona who drives from Rush to the train station @ 5km per hour every ****in morin, Can you let me know if you are off tomorrow so i can stay in bed for thirthy minutes and still get to work on time.

Are you driving to work on the special Boards road, populated only by Boardsies?

Cos, like, I know its a big website an all but its hardly gonna give you an idea of traffic

No, I hear it smells and they turn feral when a Roma tries to wash their windscreen.
