X-terra type event

    Does anyone know if there is any xterra type events in Ireland at the moment? Its all just triathlon i think....

    Last year Setanta ran a short distance off road race in Carlingford - The Cuchalainn Warrior I think it was called. It was a great race, short swim (think 400m), Around 20k MTB (50/50 fireroad and trails) and an 8k trail run which is mainly fireroad. There was a small turnout, but it was a really enjoyable and well run race.

    Its not on this years calendar but it may still be on.
