Well folks, I got myself a new set of subwoofer ear pads for my helmet but can't seem to figure out how to remove the original earpads without breaking the adjustable part at the back. Anybody replaced these before? Any tips? I don't want to have to cut off the old ones!

For the record, I managed to get the original earpads out, you just have to yank them really hard, then pull really hard on the adjustable headband part.

Unfortunately I didn't realise that R.E.D. made a very slight change to the earpad clips between 08 and 09, my helmet is apparently an 08 and my new audex earpads are 09. Now I need to try and get an exchange/refund and get some 08 earpads.
