    I was thinking the same.

    When I was out with the 64th Bn UNIFIL there were three lads from the west of Ireland killed by a road side bomb near OP 6.9B. They were married, with children around the ages of those children in the pic.

    When I was with the 88th Bn UNIFIL I met their wifes & the grown up children at a wreath laying ceremony.

    At the time (2000-2001) my children were very young & I couldn't help but imagine the rolls being reversed.
