I have no idea if this is the right place to post this so if not - really sorry. But I'm treating myself to a new guitar for Christmas. I plan on spending between €450 to €500. I've always liked Epiphone acoustic guitars but am open to suggestions.

I would buy a Tanglewood or a Fender for that kind of money, wouldn't go near an Epiphone. If you want to buy a guitar and you want an excellent sound I would put a Fishman pickup inside the sound hole. Don't necessarily buy an all in one wonder.
