Hairdressers charging extra Christmas week???

    A friend of mine rang up her hairdresser a few weeks ago to make an appointment for today and was told that because it was christmas week it would be an extra €10 on the cost! :eek::eek::eek:

    Have you ever heard of this going on anywhere else? What are they thinking of in this time of recession??

    I don't think she'll be going back there again, they're pricey enough as it is but this is just greed.

    if the demand is there & people will pay it they can charge what they want.
