Corus (upc) outage in Kilkenny

Does anyone know if there is a Corus problem over Ireland or if its just localised to Kilkenny. All the chanllels are displaying information correctly but just not showing any picture. RTE 1, The Box and a few others are only working.

Assuming it is indeed legitimate, first thing to do is a full reboot of your STB - plug it out, wait about a minute and plug it back in again. If that doesn't work, check with your neighbours to see if their service is working or is also down. If they are not recieving any programmes either its likely to be a network outage and there is little you can do other than report it to Chorus NTL.

If it is a problem with your STB, call Chorus NTL and arrange for a visit from an engineer or a replacement STB.

Its a legitimate subscription but I do have a Digi box that gives all the channells. The origional chorus box won't work either. Its giving RTE one and a few crappy others and all the listings but not the channells.

well then watch you legitimate box, connecting an unauthorized reciever to cable is illegal in the rep of ireland.
