What should I be looking out for. I have 7000 hands. Should I be looking at the negatives in amounts won to see what hands are costing me? Is that how it works? If so I can see AJ os is a definate loser for me

7000 hands isn't anywhere near enough to get accurate results for individual hands. In fact, the amount you won or lost on all your hands together is going to largely irrelevant over such a small sample.

Take a screenshot of the general tab, where it has VPIP, PFR, etc., and a screenshot of the position tab where it shows stats for each position. Post them up here and people can give you feedback. Also say whether it's 6max or full ring.
