Anyone used http://www.hotelvouchershop.com before? Seems to be a good selection of hotels to chose from. Thinking of getting a voucher for someone just wanted to see if anyone had any issues with them? Also would I be better to get voucher in Sterling or Euro. I'm thinking Sterling may be the better option.

    Thanks

I bought a voucher from them over Christmas -- bought it in Euro but they charged my card "their" equivalent in sterling, which meant that I was actually charged more than what they claim (roughly €5). A quick call to their support line and they quickly corrected the issue and refunded me the €5. The voucher was for my parents, and I don't believe they've used it yet, but so far I've been impressed with their service level.

I bought it in sterling in the end. I figured the rate would go back up as it has so better value for money. My folks haven't used it yet, hopefully it will be an easy process to book somewhere when they decide to use it.
