Fifa09 league... with a twist!

Hi lads & ladettes!

Im setting up a league, starting Monday, for the xmas holidays (plenty of time off:D)..
This league has a little twist to it! 3 games each and only teams OUTSIDE the last 16 of the champs league can be picked i.e no man u, chelsea,barca e.t.c.....

I feel this will make the games more interesting!

oh do the teams have to be outside the champions league last 16 or can they be average teams from premier league ?e.g no chelsea liverpool man united arsenal but spurs villa etc?

presumed so, i think the only teams are banned are champions league knockout stage qualifiers

i messaged spady 3 times in the space of an hour... he wouldnt play so i said...it was dickheads like him that ruin leagues... he banned me from the league then.

signed up the last day having just got the game and trying to convert from pes to fifa *note to self stop pressing sprint*

lol that was an awful game, sorry bout that :P.
I got my custom 5-3-2\3-5-2 formation that i used in Pes a bit messed up and after the game i realised that i had the team mentality on 'lethal defensive'' as my tv's so small i couldnt read the text when trying to up the mentality to offensive, :rolleyes:
got pillaged 7-0 by Flawedgenious when i did sort my formation :P

lol my mistake assumed it was flawedgenius cos of all his other high scoring wins.

No problem scope Robinho, Wright-Phillips and Jo ran like olympic sprinters in that game. I agree with flawed i'm sick of seeing 2 or 3 people with wins and nobody else with any games.

I think thats the best way, means we have a better chance of finishing the league.
I would like organised fixtures, anyone else wana do this????
If ur interested post your times and days your available to play and wel set the fixtures to that !!
There is still somebody think his name is Daroc or something who hasnt played any matches and is never online, he will be kicked in the next day or two unless he posts up here to say hes interested.
Try and get this finished by Sunday week if possible.

I agree in principle. I think its hard during christmas though with all family stuff and that. I'll only be able to play at night from monday. Btw deaglan i said i'd play on tuesday but when i went on you were offline. Oh and if you want to play message me first cos i might be playing a club game.
