Go on the sticky on the top of the boxing page and there is a list of boxing clubs, drop into 1 close to you and ask can you join-most boxing clubs are non profit unlike matial arts clubs so dont always allow anyone to join, best thing to do is ask!

alternatively there is white/blue collar boxing clubs that are made for lads who want to train boxing but left it late-more like Martial arts clubs in the way there set up for profit.

boxing clubs are very cheap, and most train in the evenings, thats about all i can do for ya..this question is always asked and gets a bit repetitive around here!

Hi, just to give lads thinking of starting in boxing ay an older age an idea of whats required , its hard man. Im twenty Six and have recenty started going to a boxing club, when you start boxing you will end up sparring lads who have been training somtimes much longer than you and it will hurt and then you will quickly
learn if you have a desire for it. But best of luck with it if anyone takes it up.

Just wear comfortable clothes and bring yourself, they will have gar for you at th start, then if you get into it you can buy gloves, gum sheild head guard etc..dont waste your money til you know you want to stick with it.
