    Hey guys,

Apologies if i am not in the correct forum for this...

Ok so the other day i downloaded limewire (i know i know i shouldnt have)

Anyway shortly after wards my internet stops working. By internet i mean the browsers neither mozilla or internet explorer will open up webpages... on the screen in IE it said diagnose connection....connection was fine but still can't get into any webpages. Until just earlier MSN was working fine, so i defo had a net connection....just neither of the browsers are working. seems to me that i cant get onto anything that runs through wither of the browsers...

Anyway sorry for waffling, anybody have any ideas how i fix this?

Download and run malware bytes. www.malwarebytes.org

This might be better suited in the Virus & malware removal forum

    Hope ya get sorted

Seeing as you can't get online with the web browser, I would try and download from another PC as program called Combofix and SuperAntiSpyware

Your hosts file may be been hi-jacked and is direting you to certain web address.
