I realise that there was a thread on this a while back, but i remember there was some disagreement about the solution.

I started the stronglifts program a few weeks back, but have now hit a point where i don't believe i can progress on the bench and overhead press because my left arm is under-developed compared to my right.

It is evident, both physically and visually. Say, on the overhead press and bench my right arm locks out well before my left, and i am now at a stage where i can't add anymore weight even though my right arm could handle it.

Should i drop weight until i reach 3x8, or try the hammer strength machines, or dumbell presses??
