    I was just thinking that! It's certainly deceiving me into thinking that the weather won't be too bad when I move over in April. :)

    The weather last April was fantastic, strangely enough. In general its pretty awful though :(

    Not sure if you're being facetious but the copyright is on the photo, not any image of the person.

    i.e. Anyone can take a photo of that person, but nobody can use this particular photo without the permission of the copyright holder (presumably the photographer).
