Free things preferably. demos and the like.

Im getting the PES and FIFA (just to see why everyone is creaming over it this year) demos as we speak.

I like the look of all 3 C&C games that are up by the way (ps1). I wonder if theyd run any better considering they are hard drive assisted this time around.

Try Pure and Mirror's Edge. I got these games based mostly on these demos.

I got the first one and it is the same as I remembered. There isn't any differenece, good or bad, that I could see, in any of my PSX classics.

How much space do these demos take up on the HD? On average like?

Fifa was 3/4 of a Gig. Pes was about 1.5gb.

Over an hour for Pes and less for Fifa.

Hardwired connection though and speed between 2mb and 3mb.

    Depends entirley on the game.

Some games will take up a lot of space, but you will get a good bit of content (mgs4 demo - 1.5GB)

Some games are available in full on the ps store, and when you download the demo you download the whole game, just lacking the unlock key (warhawk)

Some games take up at most 200-300 MB (any pixeljunk demo)
