Best thing to do is just go and ask the hairdresser about it!

I've done this a few times and tbh you probably are better going to a hairdresser, esp if your hair is dyed dark. If you do want to do it yourself then be prepared for it to go bright orange/red after you first lighten it. I'd say it's highly unlikely that any very dark hair will go blonde straight off (my own was dyed dark so I don't have any experience with bleaching natural hair - I'd say it's similar though). ONce you've lightened it to that orange-y colour you can then put in a light brown semi-permanent and theoretically go to blonde from there. However, there is *a lot* of opportunity for it to go some VERY strange colours so tread carefully!

Is that your natural hair colour? It shouldnt be too difficult to lighten. But i'd advise you to go to a hairdresser so you can see how it's done. You don't want to end up with your hair snapping off at the roots!

You can get lightening kits in the chemist but try to get one with 20 or 30% volume peroxide, anything over this is potentially very bad for your hair and not really good for a non-professional to be using.

You will need to do it in stages. in Ireland anyway, my friend who's from Serbia went over to get it done, her hair was darker than yours, and in one go it was bright blonde, but not yellow, just proper nice blonde. It was also very healthy and didn't snap or anything.

for some reason in Ireland they pretend it isn't possible so you will spend more money.

thats true, i know a girl with very dark hair ,she wet to egypt and her hair was dyed blonde in one go and it looks amazin , not at all the horrible peroxide colour that you see people with here.
my hairdresser had dark brown hair and shes now totally blonde but she said it took a long time of putting higlights into to get it to that colour and be prepared to sacrifce good condition hair for it, definately go with the hairdressers tho or you could end up with orange hair(i speak from experience:D)
