    Can anyone recommend a random and/or weird place to stay in Berlin for my friend and I. Anywhere goes...

    I stayed in a hostel called bax pax. Not really weird or random... but it was a random pick from hostelworld at the time.

    Saw an article in the paper recently where you can stay in a prison themed hotel in berlin. DOn't know what its called but if you google it you might find it....

    You'll love Berlin. It's a far different experience to the rest of Germany and the greatest place for meeting all sorts of different characters. Great to people watch.

    Thanks for those ideas guys, but we are looking for a place that is cheap aswell. e.g. weird hostels...
