Got my cab there a few weeks back. Managed to grab a Marshall 1936 vintage 2x12 for 400 in Musicmaker, found a Crate Powerblock in Costcutters for 150 ! Got my Podxt Live set up and my Ibanez tuned to D and I'm lovin' it The sound is amazing ! Its hard to imagine that my Crate would blow the Marshall if I played it at full blast, so I'm using the 75watt section of the head.

so, you have a podxt plugged into a crateblock plugged into a cab?

Yeah I have it connected to the Crate head and the cab, its brilliant !

I wouldn't mind picking up one of those crate powerblocks sometime as a backup. They are discontinued now aren't they?

I think they are yeah. I haven't been able to find them in their product list. Best bet to look on eBay and get it second hand.
