can anyone tell me first of all if the actual o2 customer who gets these tickets needs to go to the concert? my mum is with o2 but i wanted to know can she get them for me even if she doesnt come to the concert herself??

also are they the good seats as ive heard you can get crap seats with this??

no, you just need to be an o2 customer to get the password, which you enter on the website, you don't need to be an o2 customer to actually get the tickets. Seats I got for a certain gig next february seem to be ok, but Dr. Bollocko will have to confirm later :)
