I would say K1 fans would be interested, as all you have described is a K1 event.

You could try getting in direct contact with the various Muay Thai, Kickboxing gyms etc around the country. Also the guys at www.kyokushinireland.com would be a good crowd to contact.

The term K1 is a trademark, you can't call a all styles full contact kickboxing event K1 if it isn't been run by K1. In the same vein, you can't call your local MMA show a UFC or a UFC style fight.

I think there is an interest for well put together promotions showing fight sports (kickboxing/mma) but it would be a tall order pulling off something like this well as a newcomber.

I would expect the people to win these kind of things to be the better Thai Boxers who aren't too high and mighty to compete in a kickboxing show. I'm not sure how many people out there train K1 style rules on a daily basis, global kickboxing?

Like wise I'd imagine Kyokushin guys would be well on for something like this. I'd actually love to see an Irish All-Styles Knock-Down Championships becoming a regular occurrence.
