:confused:Hi I've got a full Sky + sub but last night I went to watch something I had recorded on Sky 1 but only got a blue screen with for your info blurb. I then noticed all my sub. channel were unavailable. However I can still record pause and play with sky +. I checked my bill on line and I'm in credit. I've rung sky twice, first they sent a signal no joy, next they made me do a software update still no joy. They said ring back at 2100 if the channels are not back. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?

Try taking out the card and then put it back in after a few seconds.

Care to mention what exactly is stated in the FYI blurb?

When you go to Services, System Setup, System Details... is the card number shown? If it says "No card" then it's not reading the card, for whatever reason.
