    €200--€400 whats best for night shooting, hope to call charlie into a range of 50yds to 100yds max.

    Its hard to beat a Simmons white tail Classic in the sub €200 bracket. A leopold 3 * 9 * 40 can be had in the 200 - 400 bracket

    In my opinion,
    you can't beat a second hand zeiss or S&B fixed 8x56 for lamping.
    You should get one for 350 - 400 Euro
