Right I bring this website up in a lot of threads because I thinks it's so informative. Nothing it it in any way contradicts anything I've seen in my own training either.

I point all of my own students to it and expect them to read it from top to bottom. It pertains to all the soft-skills and pre-fight tactics necessary to think about if you're in anyway interested in the Self-defence part of Martial Arts. I really think it shoots down much of the BS of Martial Arts but while making a perfectly valid case for studying Martial Arts too. It's also very direct and often humorous.

So bookmark the site, grab a coffee, pick a few topics and get back to the rest at later date.

Above all.... we're often told "fighting is the last resort". This site is all about that and why.

    Hi pearsquasher

I was talking to Marc Mac Young last night and he's still interested in coming over to Dublin in late Spring / early summer. So we going to definately make it happen this year as I'm a big fan of his work. I waiting on dates for teacher from Indonesia and once I get that confirm, than we can get the ball rolling with Marc. Cant wait...
